The Red River Fan Challenge benefits Frisco Family Services Center.  The event is a happy hour and contest between University of Oklahoma and University of Texas fans to see who can bring in the most goods to benefit Frisco Family Services Center.  Each team will receive one point for each item or dollar donated in their school's name.  Naturally, we want the OU team to WIN handily. 

FFSC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide social services to individuals and families in need and assist them in becoming productive members of the Frisco community.  The items FFSC typically needs are general household goods such as:  cooking oil, boxed dinners, paper towels, canned goods, etc.    

Congratulations to OU Club of Dallas Trivia team that took 1st Place at the Fan Challenge!

The collection of goods and celebration will be held at Lochrann's Irish Pub & Eatery in Frisco.  Lochrann's is an authentic Irish Pub in Frisco Square across from Pizza Hut Park.  The event will take place on Tuesday, October 12, 2009 from 4pm to 7pm.
