Sooner Skewers is dedicated to donating 100% of its profit to charity. In fact, that's the only reason we're here. We believe that giving back to your community can be more important than seeking a profit. So we've decided to donate all of our profits to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International, an organization dedicated to finding a cure for type 1 diabetes. However, we don't think that simply donating our profits to a charity is enough.

We've also decided to give back to our community by performing a minimum of 400 community service hours by December 10th, 2010. This decision posed the question: "who do we perform our community service hours for?" Well, here at Sooner Skewers we want to make the biggest positive impact in our community that we can. So we decided to perform every last one of our service hours with the Middle Earth Child Development Center, an organization that strives to help children "grow up with a positive self image, a love of learning, and a respect for all."
